Well, I've been out due to

technical difficulties. My gorgeous new computer who I loved very much, took ill.  Yes, poor dear.  She started getting the blue screen of death and I just couldn't watch her suffer any longer.  So I gave her back.  A new, better, illness-free computer will be coming soon.  But until then, I'm stuck using old reliable--who is no longer so reliable.  In fact now she is as slow as molasses.

Well, things have been going well so far for us.  I have a lot I could talk about, but this computer really is that slow, and I don't have the patience to wait 5 minutes every time I try to type a word.  (Want to know something silly?  When I just typed the word patience I actually spelled it "patients".  Grad school's getting to me already--although we usually call them clients instead of patients, so I don't really know why that came to my mind.) But yeah, wrote my first 14 page paper already, and have taken a couple of quizzes.  I'm learning how to diagnose people with depression and personality disorders right now--pretty humbling, and quite interesting.  I love what I'm learning, and I'm really happy.

Anyways, we went to a fun party for our nephew Ender, and I got some super cute pictures of the kids.  I'm really excited to get them to their moms!  Here's a few just for fun.

The beautiful birthday boy.  I remember when he was born...now he is three years old.  Time really goes by fast!  He has the cutest little voice and personality.

The guy with the orange hair.  I love this boy!  Poor little fella, he hasn't been feeling well, and wasn't doing too well at the party either.

This kid is gorgeous.  He cannot take a bad picture...seriously.  I think he needs to be a child model for Gap or something.

I love this boy's beautiful blue eyes--they're just like his momma's.  And his chubby red cheeks.  So cute!

Talk about time going by fast, I remember holding this little girl in sacrament meeting when she was just a new born baby.  Now she reminds me a lot of myself--she's the oldest so she is always taking care of her brothers and being super responsible.  She's so fun to be around!

Katie took this picture and I just think it is hilarious.  Jeff is such a weirdie.

Anyway, I hope to be back up blogging sometime soon.  Also, I am going to make a commitment to start doing stuff on the food blog again.  I love that blog, but it has been seriously neglected.  If I say I'm going to do it on the internet, then I will have to.  Because everything on the interweb is true.  So it must be true too.

I'm sorry about your computer. Your sympathy card should arrive soon. Love the pictures--you're very good with the camera. I can't wait until you get your license to practice on patients, clients, or nutty people like me. Please schedule me for your first available appointment. I have so much to tell you (not blog appropriate stuff.) :O)

Yup, good looking kids, that's for sure! (for the record, I don't think Jeff is a wierd...he just inherited good genes.)

How did I miss this post? Great pics. Had I thought about you and your camera I would have taken the time to comb Emma's hair that day. Thanks for posting.
