Jeff is amazing and got a scholarship with the United States Air Force!!  It's really competitive, offers so many benefits, and is an awesome opportunity for our family.  I am so very proud of him.

Remember that post I did a while back where we had to make an emergency trip to Utah at 5:00 at night and then had to turn around and come home the next day so that Jeff could take a test?  Well, we had to go up to Salt Lake so that Jeff could get a physical because he was applying for this scholarship.  I never wrote about it, which is kinda sad because it was a CRAZY trip.  We got pulled over on our way home through the gorge and narrowly avoided a $450 ticket because the Arizona Highway Patrol man was so nice.  I seriously wanted to kiss him.

Anyway, all of his hard work--and that crazy trip--has paid off because Jeff was one of the few and proud who got the scholarship!!  It completely pays for the rest of school and gives us a nice little stipend each month as well.  If you can't tell, I'm really excited for him.

Just thought I'd share the good news and brag about my amazingly sexy, smart, awesome, funny, talented man with bow-staff skills.  Okay, I went a little too far on that one...he doesn't have bow-staff skills.  But I bet he could if he wanted to!
