And it all happened because I made my blog private...

Me (to Jeff): "So, you are going to have to start calling me a master now."

Jeff: "What? Why?"

Me: "Because I am going to be one."

Yes, it is true. I got accepted to UNLV's Marriage and Family Therapy program. Woot woot!

I am really happy, because it seems like a really neat program, with accomplished and caring professors, and a new clinic that is always packed with clients. And I am excited because now I will actually have something to occupy my time once Jeff starts being a non-existent husband when dental school starts! And I will be going to school for something that I can actually do, when I graduate! I will have an actual career!

Oh, and the whole helping people stuff will be really nice too! :)

On another note:
The other day I took Jeff out on a date. I packed a picnic (with leftover food that was given to us at work from a drug rep--yeah, I am a good homemaker), and made Jeff get in the car. He had no idea where we were going.

I took him to the parking lot where you can watch the planes land at the airport. We sat in the back of the forerunner, ate some food, talked for hours, and snuggled.

Jeff was super surprised, and had no idea that you could even watch the planes fly into the airport. It was definitely one of my more successful dates, and we had a lot of fun.

This was supposed to be a picture of a plane landing, but it was too dark outside and the camera wouldn't flash until after the plane was out of the picture. So, just imagine that there is a plane there.

I'm glad that the UNLV people didn't find this blog and reject you, as its true there is much incriminating information here :)

Congrats again on the program!

That is a great date night idea. I knew that you could do that, but have never done it. Goodluck with your program. You will do awesome.

P.S. Your outfit is cute. Styling as usual ;)

That plane watching spot is popular. I once used it as stopover during father-son activity, where they had to listen to the air traffic on the AM radio, part of a scavenger hunt.
