Nothing worth blogging about

Nothing too exciting has been going on lately, so I guess I will just blog about the just plain usual things in my life:

1. I need to sign up for the GRE, but I have been putting this off. I get stressed just thinking about it, but I just need to kick myself into gear and get it done. I need Jeff's help on the quantitative section (he is a math wiz and I am not) and since he doesn't have school or work right now, this would be the perfect opportunity to study. But I don't wanna.

2. Hero puked yesterday on our rug. Our whole house is wood floor and tile, besides the few rugs we have around. But for some reason, she always needs a soft spot to puke. Or poop. In her defense, she is house trained and is pretty good about not having accidents inside. But when she does, she always has to do it in the weirdest spots. Like the other day, we found that she had actually climbed on top of Jeff's tool box so that she could poop on the gym bag that was sitting on it. What? Sometimes I want to know what is going through that monster's head.

3. Jeff's family came through Provo last weekend. It was so much fun seeing them, and hanging out with them. I really really miss them when we are living up here.

4. I want to see that new movie, Julie and Julia. I'm a sucker for food movies.
5. I wish I was more creative and talented. Like I wish I could paint. And sew. And write. And do many other cool things. Sometimes I feel like a waste of human potential. I so admire other people who can create things out of nothing, or fuse things together in really cool ways. The other day Jeff made the tastiest pasta and steak dish. It was insanely good, and he just came up with it on his own. so. not. fair.

6. Last night Jeff and I decided that we are going to become members of ASPCA and PETA. Watching documentaries about Micheal Vick dogfighting and puppy mills will do that to you. I can't wait until we actually have some money so that we can make a difference. Oh, and when I have my own house I am going to foster dogs. I just really want to do something to make a difference in the lives of animals who suffer.

Hmm..can't think of anything else. That's it for now.

I think you would be proud to know that I am finally going to read the Twilight series. My opinion used to be I will wait for the movies to come out. But I read a book this last weekend called Previously Engaged (cute story) and I remembered how much I love to read.

I don't like dog poop. Stephanie, you are cute. I always look forward to your blogs, even the ones about nothing.

Re: "Jeff's family came through Provo last weekend"...It was so good to see you guys! Sorry I was a crazy lady and lost it at dinner. Traveling with babies will do that to you (well to me anyway). Brighton was so cute. After we left "jeff's castle church" on Sunday, he kept whining and saying "where te-ta-nee?" That's you.
