Lazy Dazy

Can your legs break off from sitting down too long? I feel like all I ever do is sit. I wake up in the morning, get ready, then drive to work sitting (there isn't really another way to do it). Then I walk up the stairs to my desk and sit from 8:00-1:00, with only occasional instances in which I get up to go to the bathroom or to clean the glass doors of the office. Then at lunch time I drive home, make some food, and sit down on the couch to eat it. When I get back to work I sit from 2:00-5:00. Then I go home and sit down on the couch for the rest of the night.

Now I know I am a lazy person--I proudly and unashamedly admit it. But I think this is just getting a little ridiculous. The muscles in my legs feel like they are slowly atrophying and pretty soon I won't have thighs anymore. Maybe I should wake up early and take Hero out for a morning jog before I go to work...

Hahaha that is a funny one.

You are so funny! Quit that job! Run! I've done the same sitting thing for 15 years--no wonder my rearend is so darn big. I sit at this computer with only a few breaks, too.
