Today was our first married Easter Sunday, and sadly we had to spend it up in Provo away from the family! In my house it is tradition to always take pictures of my sisters and I on Easter, so I had to carry this on! I didn't remember it, though, until Jeff had taken his tie off! He was a good sport and put it back on though. I think this is a great picture of him, although it definitely makes me look like a midget! So I dedicate these pictures to my Mom!
Well, we couldn't figure out what to have for Easter dinner. We went shopping at Smiths and were thinking about buying a ham, until we saw that a little tiny one cost 20 dollars. We dropped that idea really quick. We then decided that we would take the phrase "Easer Morn" seriously, and had breakfast food! As Jeff put it, "Bacon is like ham, only cheaper and tastes way better". The food was really good and we were totally content with our meal, until I called Bekah and learned that they had ribs, rice, salad, etc. for dinner. Then we were really bummed out that we didn't come home for Easter!!

We did not know you had a blog. Why have you been holding out on us? Jeff's bacon quote is profound. We miss you clowns. jsteedfamily.blogspot.com
Bacon is good. Somewhere way past fryin, slightly better than grillin, and just a pinch short of raw.
